My headphones were suddenly disconnected while I was using them and then I couldn't connect to any other devices at all.

Ensure that the headset has been charged for about three (3) hours before using it? Ensure to follow the steps from the screenshot below: Otherwise, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread now.
