Cannot Configure my custome macros anymore

I am having an issue as of very recently with Synapse 3 where i am unable to bind a customized macro i created to my mouse or normal Keys to my keyboard its just a bunch of new random nonsense and basic things to set my mouse to do now in the list of available options. this is a little aggravating Considering i can no longer play my game comfortably like i am used to just wondering if this was an actual change to the software or if i am just overlooking on how to bind my custom macros to my mouse buttons.
