Cannot download 7.1 surround

Hi i just bought my new Razer Kraken X today , i registered the product and i tried downloading 7.1 surround but the download button does nothing, what can i do ?I click the donwload button and nothing happens...

    Also had the same problem while using Chrome, tried on Brave browser and downloaded normally. However, that didn't fix the problem i have with my activation code for Surround 7.1 software although the code came in with my new Kraken today.
