Cannot find Blackshark V2 X activation key for 7.1 surround sound in packaging

Literally cannot find the code anywhere in the packaging and also i have registered the headset but I haven't received a code. I'm going to cry soon.

Same here. Razer got some jokes. They also suggest to upgrade to THX Spatial sound just to inform you in the end that it's already included with the headset and you need to use Synapse to set it up. Synapse obviously does not support V2 X. Love you, Razer!

@idekolivia21 I can submit a code generation request if you send me the serial number and the email address you used to register the headset. @alex904 The Blackshark V2 X comes with an activation code for the standalone app. No need to throw salt all over the place. Just send me a PM, and I'll take care of the rest. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
