Cannot find Keyboard on Mac or disable lighting

I've tried uninstalling Razer Synapse 2 and reinstalling on my Mac running Catalina. No keyboard found. Please advise as the breathing-lighting setting is extremely annoying. I'd like to disable lighting or have control over the lighting profiles.
