Cannot find serial number for my new keyboard
Hi. I would like to register for product warranty but cannot get the serial number through. Can someone help please. Thank you.

You can find the serial number of any of our keyboards on the product label on the bottom part of the device. There's also one on the box.

I know where the serial number is. However on the registration page the system couldn't find my serial number so I cannot get it registered. Thanks!
