I have been looking at the Razor 17 for purchase. I had a question about the product but there are no numbers, emails, or forms to contact if you just have questions for the sales department. Instead it looks like you have to own a device to talk to anyone. How do I get my questions answered to see if a razor is right for me?
As a follow up I want to share that I did purchase a Razor laptop even though no one ever got back with me to help me with my pre-sales question.

Upon receiving it I found immediately it was an incorrect purchase. This could have been easily prevented with proper customer care. I have returned it and will not purchase from Razor again until they have an easy way to ask presale questions and show that they actually care. What a shame.

I completely agree. This company doesn't provide any kind of pre-sales support, which is highly unprofessional considering the amount of money they charge. I had planned to buy a 16" but I have changed my mind. I don't want to spend my hard-earned money on a company that doesn't bother to engage with potential customers by answering pre-sales questions. It's extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
