Cannot Get Surround 7.1 to Work

I have a Razer Kraken for Console (identical to the regular Kraken, just different color and branding) on my laptop. I initially downloaded Surround 7.1 and acvtivated it. I would select 7.1 in the sound bar and no sound came out. I tried reinstalling Surround, but no luck. After that I tried uninstalling my headset drivers, and now, 7.1 Surround isn't even selectable inj the game bar when I turn it on in the app. Any help?
