Anyone having this problem too? Help please!
If you are using Windows, this is either the followings



  • Administrator permission issue (create a new administrator)

  • If you are using Windows 7, requiring to be upgraded to Windows 10

  • If you are using Windows 10, upgrade Windows

  • The Synapse 3.0 is an outdated version, go grab the latest version .exe file

  • Make sure you are connected to internet

While I'm updating my Windows 10, could you direct me to the latest version of Synapse 3.0? I my executable from the main website.

exactly what i did, which gave me the file "RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.148.188" and started my installation with this version:





but when the installation failed it refers back to v3.3 instead. any idea why?
try to clear uninstall all razer software. and let the device ask u to install the software.
