Good Morning.
I have recently started having issues with Razer Synapse 3 (seems to have started after a windows update). The symptoms of this issue were The application not opening or working. Event log showed that Razer Central service was having issues.
I uninstalled the application thinking a fresh install would fix it, then noticed I couldn't install due to Failed to write installer file (Permission denied).
I extracted the installer to a folder and tried to run the exe that way, and I get an error on the following:
This seems to be causing my install to always fail. Again this appears to have happened after a windows update around 3/3/2021. Not sure what is happening. someone said they got it working in one of the other threads, but you all locked it and told him to send you a PM on how it was fixed. If he contacted you I need this information please.

I should add that I am having no issues downloading and installing Razer Synapse 2.
razers customer service is a fucking joke. they told me to come here and ask. and oh look. no response. lol. Not going to get anymore of my money. worthless company.
