Cannot install surround sound 7.1
I bought a razer blackshark v2 x gaming headset and I can't install 7.1 surround sound. (I have stable internet)

hinja01Was everything covered? Are you using a Windows 10 64-bit operating system? Please check if there's an admin restriction on your computer. Also, verify if your anti-virus or firewall is blocking the application. If yes, make an exception for the software.
