Due to the fact that my desktop is undergoing repairs, I hooked up my laptop to my periphery.
Now my keyboard isn't showing any color-led's anymore and is completely dark.
When I try to open Cortex or Synapse via the Razer Central app, I get told to log into Razr first. When I click that option, all I am shown is a window without content. I can click on the cog symbol which will tell me which versions of Central, Cortex and Synapse are install, I can update them and change the language. But there is no option anywhere visible to actually LOG IN!
When I log into https://razerid.razer.com/account , all is fine, but I still cannot access Cortex or Synapse !

That's odd. Please gather your Razer Synapse logs and upload them to any online drive accounts. Once done, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can kick-start a case number. Thanks for your cooperation.
