Received a brand new Razer “wireless control pod”. Maybe I’m missing something but that bottom compartment will not open or unscrew. There are three tiny bumps on each side and arrows on the bottom plate to show which way locks it, so I’m rotating the other way trying to use the rubber ring for grip, but there’s no way to grip this thing securely beyond pushing down slightly and trying to turn it with friction (what a terrible, terrible design if so) unless I’m missing something. The user manual just says “open it” but I can’t so I assume this particular unit I have is frozen shut. Before I return it, is there something I’m missing?
