Cannot order anything from Razer.com south korea, and they do not respond.

I’ve tried to contact them multiple times(over 13 calls to 1661-4702) but they dont answer the phone.
I’ve contacted Waycos(south korean razer distributor) but they say they cant do anything for me. They can only help with their store.
I’m struggling with ordering Razer Huntsman V3 Pro - KR layout keyboard from razer.com/kr (south korean razer store, not from waycos).
I have razer.com promo code and also 15% discount from there, but simply cant order.
I can’t get into checkout page.
I can’t even check my cart. cuz most times, I see empty cart while I already put my items on it.
I’ve tried other account from my friend, and that works. but now mine.
Also Its all good with ordering on US razer.com, only razer.com/kr doesnt.
I really need help ASAP.
