i downloaded pairing utility for razer deathadder x hyperspeed v2 and followed instructions (twice) yet at the end it says: pairing failed. My mouse freezes i am losing connection during gameplay and i wanted to try to update firmware. But my logitech g305 works flawlessly…
How to fix this issue?

There’s no available firmware update as of this moment. Have you tried it on a different PC? What about changing your battery? If that didn’t work then you can drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check my resources for a possible fix.
