Hello there. I’ve been trying to connect my Razer Barracuda X RZ04-03800 to a new wireless dongle. When the Pairing Utility asks me to plug in the dongle it reads it without any problem, but when it asks to connect the headset it just doesn't get it. The green led starts blinking, so I know that it's charging and it's connected. I’m using the original cable and I've tried many other USB-C data cables and USB ports but the pair button remains grey'd out. Same things happens when I try to do a firmware update: it reads the wireless dongle but it doesn't connect to the headset.

Same thing has happened to me. Bought a replacement dongle recently and it reads the dongle but not the headset.
Same but slightly different: when i click on “pair”, the pairing utility starts and then shut saying “Failed to pair”. Someone else?
UP. I'm encountering this as well. Just bought a new dongle. I even bought a new razer cable thinking it will only with razer cables.
I have RZ04-03801 and bought a RC30-0380 dongle, maybe this is the reason. Even though, i think it might connect anyway, but i have the same issue.
