Cannot Read Activation Key

I have just purchased the blackshard v2 X. It comes with a scratch card to retrieve an activation code. But after revealing the code by scratching bit harsh code is now very much confusing to read. So, I cannot use that code to activate my product. Please help me, without activating the 7.1 surrounding system from software this gear is not useful in gamming at all.

Please PM me the serial number of your device along with a picture of your scratch code. I can use those to verify the model of your headset and try to check the code from my end.
