Hi Razer Support,
I need help with my Razer ID account.
My Razer ID was created using Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, so the email address registered to my Razer ID is an privaterelay.appleid.com address.
I still have full access to my Razer ID account through Sign in with Apple/passkey. However, whenever Razer sends an OTP to my registered email address, the OTP never reaches the email address that Apple Private Relay is set to forward to.
I have already confirmed in my Apple ID settings that Forward To is enabled for the Razer relay address and that it points to the correct email address.
Because I cannot receive the OTP, I am unable to change my Razer ID email address, add a mobile number or backup email, or enable 2-Step Authentication, as these actions require the OTP first.
I would like to change the email address associated with my Razer ID from the Apple Private Relay address to my actual email address.
I can provide my Razer ID, private relay address, actual email address, and any other information required to verify ownership via private message.
