Cannot register Razer Deathadder Elite mouse for warranty due to unrecognised serial number

Hi,

I am unable to register a new Razer Deathadder Mouse, due to an unrecognised serial number. I’ve tried switching easily confusable characters such as “0” and “O” and that is not working.

I’m unable to contact support, as the serial number is not working.

Can anyone help with this?
