I purchased THX Spatial Audio license and redeemed the code once. I reinstalled my windows and now unable to activate the same code again it shows- Code already redeemed.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. Just to set your expectation, THX Spatial Audio codes are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If you have already redeemed the code, you cannot use the same code twice. But don't worry, since you redeemed it, it will be associated with your Razer ID/account even if you have reinstalled a new version of Windows. As long as you use the same Razer account that you used to activate your 7.1 Surround Sound, you only need to log in to your Razer account on the new system, and you should be able to use your 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
