Cannot sync registered products with Insider

So, recently I just found out about a thing known as Razer Silver, and I kind of went on a spree of getting it. I noticed two achievements on Insider which allow me to receive silver for owning Razer hardware (more specifically: Mouse and Keyboard). I checked that I was registered, but when I check my profile, it seems that the Products do not appear. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
