Cannot update Synapse 3

So I bought a new keyboard [Ornata V2] and I was trying to get it to show up in my synapse so I can change the color schemes It's not showing up so I try to update Update button shows the update progress bar for a SPLIT second before disappearing and I can click the update button again. I try to fix my installation and the download progress is stuck at 0% and then tells me to check my internet connection. My internet is fine. I've tried to restart my computer and I've also reset/power cycled my router and modem. No change. Is there somewhere I can manually download the update? I've been hesitant to fully uninstall and then reinstall due to some people saying profiles will be locked out and/or my stuff will stop working.

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Feel free to clean install your Razer Synapse 3.0. If you are worried about your profiles, it will be reloaded to your Synapse after the installation since it is saved in our Razer Synapse cloud server. Once done, please click this link to download Razer Synapse.

    Is it possible to do this on mac? My Razer Viper Mini isn't showing up and the last time this happened to my ornata chroma I deleted synapse and redownloaded but my profiles were gone. It's fine if they are gone but I would prefer a different way. Thank you!

    Hey! Thanks for asking. The Razer Viper Mini is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 at the moment that's it is not showing in your Mac OS. Please be aware that Razer Synapse 2.0 is only available up to Mac OS 10.14.

    So the Viper Mini IS NOT supported on synapse 3?
