cant change refresh rate on laptop screen with external monitor
I have the razerblade 15 advanced edition with 300hz screen and a 2080 supermax-q. I want to plug in a 24 inch monitor I have so that I can use two screens, including the laptop screen itself. My problem is that when I plug in my monitor, which is 60hz, it caps both of my screens at 60 fps, including the laptop screen that is 300hz. Is there any way that I can use both screens but allow my laptop screen to work at its full refresh rate? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade 15's concern here. Does the issue happen regardless if the laptop is on battery power or when it's plugged in? Ensure to update your laptop's operating from Windows update, and it's graphics driver as you may have either or both Intel Graphics or Nvidia Graphic. I'll wait for your follow-up. I'll be locking this thread. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
