Cant connect Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro via 2.4 GHz

autoSafetyOrangepoint698

The Keybord works on cable, however I cant connect it wireless using the USB-Adapter via 2.4. I tried resetting the keybord multiple times and to switch the Adapter to different USB Ports. Do I have to enable something in the settings or should it connect automatically?

Hello autoSafetyOrangepoint698,

Does the keyboard show up in device manager? Let us try to reinstall the device drivers by performing the steps outlined below and see if that fixes the issue:

  1. Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
  2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
  3. Go to Keyboards
  4. Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
  5. Go to Human Interface devices.
  6. Right-click on the Razer device in question and select Uninstall device.
  7. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM with your device serial number so I can check for possible solutions. All the best!

It should work automatically out of box. Check the steps, that @Razer.Aero provided. Before you restart system you can also use Razer Driver uninstaller tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj (after using this restart your PC and check if it works wirelessly).
