trying to send a email thro there support system and all it give me when i hit send it a Network Error i at work all the time as a keyworker so i cant



the bottom panel seem to be warping and had detached it self form the case as well as the grip stripes on the bottom have just fallen off as well as some of the key when you press them you have to press them more then 5 time before they start to respond for the cost of this product and your brand that i have nothing but love for this is not what i expect to see
I have all the same issues - warped panel, keyboard errors and hoping laptop does not stop working. Almost like laptop is overheating and bending. I rarely move my laptop so the issues is sitting on the desk.

I can not get online support, phone support, nothing.

Looking to buy new laptop........will it be RAZER? love the laptop, but support sux.
