Hi, I'm unable to open a warranty ticket for the Hanbo Chroma 240aio. One of the AM4 standoffs broke off into the screw, and I lost another screw. Please assist. I can provide purchase receipt from Newegg and pic of the broken standoff and screw when I get home a little later today.
