I connected my headphones to my xbox and now they will not stop connecting to them no matter what I do, if there is a way for me to factory reset them or if I can remove them from my xbox it would be much appreciated.

Cant disconnect Razer Kaira Pros
- Turn on Xbox
- Turn on headset
- Keep both Power and Razer button (the one with three lines) pressed for a few seconds.
You should hear a beep and see the light flash white. The Razer logos should also flash green.
Done.
You probably don’t need to have the Xbox on for this but I did turn it on just to be sure the headsets were indeed disconnected.
Tried everything inclucing what you said. It is not working. Delete everything when reset xbox also not working. I will be returning this product.
I had the same trouble, and it did work what EvilDonut said. The white lights appear and it stopped sync-ing to my xbox
Hi everyone, I know this thread is pretty old, LOL. I just want to thank TheEvilDonut—your steps worked perfectly! I’ve been using my Kaira Pro for 3 years and recently switched to a BlackShark V3, but it was frustrating not being able to unpair the old headset.
The instructions you shared solved it for me. The only thing I did differently was turning off and unplugging the console first, then pressing and holding the power + pairing button until the white light came on and then went off. After plugging the console back in, I crossed my fingers, tried turning it on with the headset, and that was it—unpaired!
