Cant Download the software for the Viper Ultimate mouse.

I brought the mouse a few hours ago from Curry's PC World. Once I got it set up i thought there would be a software that came with it or something but nothing came up on my PC so I Downloaded it manually instead using Razer Synapse 3. The "Downloading" process was fine but when its "Installing" It instantly comes up with an error (Error: 130"). I don't know what the error means or how to fix it.
