i have a razer blade 16 2025. trying to buy the extended warranty. when putting in serial number i keep getting error cant find product in database………

Did your purchase the Razer Blade 16 brand new? Note that RazerCare Essential can be purchased up to 11 months after product purchase and RazerCare Elite can be purchased up to 15 days after product purchase. You may check RazerCare eligiblity for your existing Razer gear.
