Cant get my razor nari essential to charge

So I just got the headset and used it after charging and it died so I plugged it in but there is no light indicator that it is charging and I have tried 3 different outputs. The paper on how to charge correctly is to vague and couldn't find a video any help is appreciated.

    u need to be strate sometimes i need to change the angle because it's round and it's hard so try different angles
