Was running a Naga 2014 and upgraded to a Trinity, tried to download Synapse 3 and received Cant install synapse 3 - Server Access Unavailable

I have restarted and reset my network, given permissions through windows defender, uninstalled all old razer software. The Naga 2014 worked for years and this is rather frustrating

Did you’ve tried to install it again after some time? Also please try running the installer as administrator, and you can try disable AV and Firewall for a moment of installation.

Try Disabling IPv6 or using RegEdit to Prioritize IPv4, worked for me for both Razer and Bethesda.net, some servers are unable to use IPv6 and newer network setups cause this kind of issue.

Appreciate it, I remember this taking me a while to figure out.

Just wanted to confirm that this works for Synapse 4 as of 10/10/2024

Ignore the URL given.

All you have to do is open “View Network Connections” from Windows key/start menu
Then right click WiFi (or Ethernet if you’re into that) and deselect ipv6 long enough to install Razer, then re-check it.
