Cant Launch my Razer Synapse 2 and also 3

Hi guys, i have just bought two devices, which is Blackwidow and Basilisk. I am trying to customize some RGB effect but after download from razer.com the synapse 2 and 3, it shows that i cant launch it. Please help, thanks in advance.
