cant log into 7.1 app

after login it just shuts down and nothing happens

I understand that the 7.1 Surround Sound app closes immediately without displaying anything. To help narrow down the cause, could you please provide the following information:

 

1. Are there any error messages displayed before the application closes?

2. Does the issue occur immediately after launching the app, or does it stay open for a few seconds first?

3. Have you tried running the 7.1 Surround Sound app as Administrator? Try launching the software as an administrator. Right-click on the software icon and select "Run as administrator."

4. Do you have Razer Synapse installed, and if so, is it running when you launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app? Please try to close Synapse to see if the issue persists. 

5. Could you provide a screenshot or video showing what happens when you open the application?
