CANT PURCHASE BECAUSE OF 2step authentication

My account was binded to my yahoo mail which I cant access anymore. i cant top up my game because the 2FA always kicks in. i can't find my backup codes, i need to top up my game ASAP . I also want to change my email here in razer with my active email. how can i fix this.
