Cant receive 2-Step Authentication

for the past 3 days I have been trying to use my razer gold balance, but every time I confirm my order, it always ask for 2-Step Authentication code, the phone number is right and my number is active but I don't receive any code, I thought maybe there's a delay but after a few days I tried again same issue, I tried to check my backup code same issue. What am I going to do with my gold balance if I can't even use it to buy because of how complicated on sending a code to my number?
