It’s been very hard to contact support. I am trying to purchase using topped up Gold for a gacha game’s time limited event but I can’t receive OTP. Attempted New Code so many times but nothing is being sent. All other options like the option for an Authenticator app even requires OTP to be accessed (so what is the point?). I eventually start to receive the error below. Is there a known issue? This looks widespread.
