Cant reconncet razer barracuad x chroma to dongle.

Help! i connected my barracuda headset to my phone via bluetooth and now i cant get it to connect back to my pc via dongle. the dongle is working because my pc is picking it up; however,  the headset isnt want to connect. ive tried resetting everything and it just keeps saying pairing. what do i do
