CANT REGISTER MY BLACK SHARK V2. X

I bought the BlackShark V2 X, it arrived at my house a month ago and I tried to register it  but when I try to register it it says that it has already been registered and that if it wasn't me, I should contact support. How should I follow?

Please PM me the headset's serial number and proof of purchase. I can use that to verify its model and check whether the seller is authorized by Razer. Save the shareable here. Stay safe!
