Hello ,today bought Black shark v2 x, but i can't register my product

Serial number S/N (removed)

Product number RZ04-03240600-R3M1

it shows me 

Please double-check similar characters such as:

"I" and "1"

"O" and "0"

Please fix this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
