I have bought a new keyboard that I’m trying to register as a device but even though I’m entering the serial number, model no I get stuck with “product number is invalid”
Found the tooltip about certain letters and numbers that could be mixed and have tried different kind of combinations.
This is really frustrating since I also cant contact support (which requires you to enter serial number)
