i try puttting the serial number it say its UNRECOGNIZEABLE

    Check for any code mismatch when typing serial number: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4136

    Also you can verify your serial number on the box (there should be a sticker with serial number under the box).
