Cant select 7.1 surround sound option speaker on Windows 10

I was having issues with 7.1 on my Kraken X headset more specifically i couldn't here and sound directly behind me and in an attempt to fix this i went to apps and features and uninstalled 7.1 surround sound and then restarted my Pc. I then re-installed the app and logged in but when i went to set 7.1 surround sound as my sound option on the bottom right of the screen the option is just not there. Any fixes?

    You will want to perform a clean installation of the app then run Windows Updater to get Razer HIDCLASS audio drivers. You should then be able to set 7.1 Surround Sound as the default playback device. Send me the serial number of your headset if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
