Cant start razer cortex and synapse

Are there any problems with razer today? Im on windows 10. Everythings fine everyday until today. I dont know what happen today but I cant make cortex or synapse start. Every time it says "shutting down" and went me back to the login razer windows to put the password again (btw the password is fine).

    I solve it. I uninstall and reinstall everything and now it works. WTF razer.
