I used 7.1 surround sound for my Razer Barracuda X headset on one user which worked fine. on the same PC but on a new user i can install and open the app on the same razer account however i am unable to activate surround sound nor am i able to select an output device.
The device still recognises surround sound as an output but wont actually output any audio since no output device is selected.
After i click the warning icon it says to select surround sound as the device output and then to select the output device i want to use. After i do select surround sound as the device output i am still unable to choose an output device.
surround sound still works on the old user, i can turn it on/off as well as select an ouput device, but it refuses to work on the new user.
