cant use blackshark v2 on my computer

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Raze Blackshark V2's concern here. Ensure that the microphone is attached and bend until it is parallel to your mouth. Check if the mic is not muted by checking the green band around the mute button. If you are using a Windows computer, please check which is your default recording device. You can go to the Sound window in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound. In the sound window, click or tap the recording tab. Here you can see the available devices to record sound.
