Caps lock light setting

Hi all. Today I got my Huntman Mini Linear. Verry happy about it. But I have two questions.

1- I aslo own a razer mamba te. With my old keyboard, Blackwidow TE, I can make it static white all times, but only has ripple from pushed button. It glows white all the time, but ripples when I press a button. I cant make it with huntsman mini. Razer Synapse 3 also detects clicks from mouse and ripples when I click my mouse buttons. How can I make them both static white, and only ripple is keyboard is used?

2- At onboard lights, I saw that if I activate caps lock, it lights up different color. How can I do that on my own custom lights? For example, I want to make it glow green when its activated, and glow red when its deactivated.
