Car Power Inverters?

Hi guys!

So I have the Blade 15 Advanced Model and I'm looking for solutions to charge it in my car. The Tesla manual says the 12V outlet permits 12A with a peak of 16A. If I understand correctly, then that means the port is rated for 144W of continuous draw? I don't really know about this stuff, but that's why I'm here lol. So, ok, a device drawing 144W is still rather conservative since it can "peak" at 16A which means means peak Wattage should be 192W. Right? Ok, so there are popular inverters that are rated for 150W, so they should work at maximum capacity just fine. This is where I need the wisdom of people smarter than me!

The power supply for this laptop is extreme. I think it is safe to assume it is going to want to draw more than the total 150W that said inverter might supply at points in time. If it tries to do that, will the inverter simply just max out, no harm, no foul? And the power supply will just sip on 150W and trickle charger the lappy? Or will it try to demand more draw, damaging the inverter and/or worse, damage my car?

Any wisdom on this would be great. I tried to Google this answer but couldn't really find a clear answer. Help me, I'm an idiot.
