Dear Sir/Madam, 

I recently purchased a Razer Gold PIN but when I tried to redeem it, I received the following error message: "The PIN has already been redeemed." 

Here are the details of my purchase: 

PIN Code: (Removed)

Purchase Platform: MMG

Date of purchase: February 13th 26

Could you please very the status of this code and confirm when and where it was redeemed? If it has already been used, I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
