I Bought a Gold pin card on the razer site, when I try to redeem it says :" The pin has already been redeemed"

For Razer Gold-related concerns, it’s best that you submit a support ticket here: https://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit. If you already have an existing ticket, get back to me with the reference number, and I will coordinate with the relevant team for an update.
