My gift card I just bought is not working. How can I redeem this and how can I call someone for support I'm trying to send it to my husband and it's not going through.

For Razer Gold concerns, please submit a ticket or contact customer service via Live Chat. To help them sort it out fast, make sure to include all the details and photos of your card, and double-check that everything matches the requirements. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

1. Everything has to be a separate image.
2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
